Product Description:

Food flavor 1.50 MF has neutral and slightly fresh flavor, and can be used to modify and cover up the bad flavor of the product. While giving the product a better taste, it has excellent inhibitory effects on microorganisms such as molds, mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobes, and is also effective in inhibiting the reproduction of spoilage bacteria (Clostridia, Bacillus, Enterobacteriaceae, etc.). It is a product with broad-spectrum inhibitory effects.

Bakery, jam, dairy, non-alcohol drinks, meat


Instructions and dosage:

This product is resistant to high temperature and has good solubility. It can be dissolved in water or mixed with other powdery materials and then produced according to normal processes.


The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5% of the finished product.


It can also be used with other preservatives such as calcium propionate, encapsulated sorbic acid, and Megafood 1.01MF flavoring.
